What is included

A 30-minute guided studio session starts at $280 for one person: a $90 session fee plus a $190 minimum order for one fine art 5×7 print and its matching retouched high-resolution digital file.

Each additional person is $90. More prints, digital files and portrait collections can be selected separately.

Your photographer helps with posing and expression. Soohyun Kim usually photographs these sessions; when another gugwa photographer is scheduled, they work with his training, studio setup and lighting style. We tell you who will photograph your session when arranging the booking.

A longer session with Soohyun

For a wedding portrait, several family groupings, a first birthday or a more planned sitting, ask about a Signature Session. Soohyun photographs these sessions himself. We send the options and arrange the booking by inquiry.

FAQ

Can we include a couple, baby, children or pets?

Yes. This session covers individual, couple and family portraits, including maternity, babies, children and pets. Add the people attending when booking; tell us about a pet or a larger group in advance.

Is this the same as a headshot?

The headshot session centers on one finished digital file for work or an application. This portrait session includes a fine art print. If a digital file is all you need, see Headshots.

Can we make a formal portrait for future memorial use?

Yes. Tell us privately about the clothing, setting and expression you have in mind.

How do we choose prints or a collection?

The first 5×7 print and matching digital file are included in the $280 starting price. We can show you additional print, digital and collection options after the session.
